Build Something That Actually Matters
We're looking for people who care about teaching real skills that help business owners make better decisions. Not just instructors — actual practitioners who've been in the trenches and want to share what they've learned along the way.
What We're Hiring For Right Now
These positions open up in August 2025 when our autumn program launches. We're expanding our educator team and need people who understand that finance education isn't about memorizing formulas — it's about helping real business owners solve actual problems.
Finance Program Educator
Teach our core business finance course. You'll work with small business owners who need practical guidance, not textbook theory. Previous teaching experience helps, but real-world finance background matters more.
Content Development Specialist
Create course materials that actually make sense to entrepreneurs. We need someone who can take complex financial concepts and turn them into clear, actionable lessons without dumbing things down.
Student Success Coordinator
Help learners stay on track and get the most from their program. You'll answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and connect students with resources. Patience required — along with genuine interest in seeing people succeed.
Digital Learning Platform Manager
Keep our online learning environment running smoothly. Handle technical issues, coordinate platform updates, and make sure students can access materials without hassle. Tech-savvy with good communication skills.
What Working Here Looks Like
- We work normal hours because burned-out teachers don't help anyone. Most days wrap up by 5pm, and weekends are actually yours.
- Your ideas matter here. If you see a better way to explain something or structure a lesson, we want to hear it. No bureaucracy blocking simple improvements.
- Professional development isn't just a line in the handbook. We budget for courses, conferences, and training that makes you better at what you do.
- Small team means you'll know everyone. Also means your work directly impacts students — you'll see the results of what you build.
- Health coverage, retirement contributions, and reasonable vacation time. Basic stuff that should be standard but isn't always.

Pimnara Srisuwan
Senior Finance Educator
I spent twelve years doing corporate accounting before this. Thought I knew everything about finance until I started teaching small business owners who needed practical answers, not accounting theory.
What I love about this job is watching students have those lightbulb moments. When someone finally understands cash flow or realizes why their pricing was off — that's genuinely rewarding. And honestly, I learn as much from them as they learn from me. Every business brings different challenges.
How Our Hiring Process Works
We keep this straightforward because nobody likes jumping through unnecessary hoops. The whole process typically takes three to four weeks from application to decision.
Send Your Application
Email us your resume and a short note explaining why you're interested. Skip the formal cover letter — just tell us what draws you to education and what relevant experience you bring. We read every application.
Initial Conversation
If your background fits, we'll schedule a video call. This is casual — we want to understand your experience and answer your questions about the role. Expect about 45 minutes discussing what the job actually involves.
Teaching Sample
For educator roles, we'll ask you to prepare a short lesson on a finance topic. Nothing fancy — just show us how you explain concepts. This helps us see your teaching style and how you connect with learners.
Team Meeting
Meet the people you'd work with. We'll grab coffee or lunch and have a real conversation. You should leave knowing whether this environment feels right for you. Culture fit matters both ways.
Decision and Offer
We make decisions quickly once the process wraps up. If it's a yes, we'll extend an offer with clear terms. If it's a no, we'll explain why — feedback helps everyone improve for next time.
